Work Permit
Vietnam work permit service for foreigners
What is a Work Permit?
Individuals seeking to work temporarily in Vietnam as nonimmigrants are required by Vietnamese immigration law to obtain a work permit, with the exception of organizations, companies, or individuals who qualify for a work permit exemption certificate. While it is possible to apply for a work permit directly through Vietnam’s Department of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs, the process can be confusing and difficult for many, particularly first-time applicants who may face long lines, complex forms, and waitlists.
With Express Vietnam, clients can stay up-to-date with the latest requirements and regulations governing Vietnamese work permits, receive guidance on the work permit exemption process, streamline the document submission process, receive legal review and anti-rejection checks, and have peace of mind knowing that all the necessary procedures are being handled properly.
